Recently Chance Shelter was asked to do a Per CPR class for the Maricopa County 4-H Dog Group. The students were engaged and experienced hands on techniques with caring for pets. Although most of the students were too young for actual Pet CPR Certification, everyone was presented with a certificate of completion!
Chance Shelter offers Pet Safety and Awareness Classes to all ages with groups of 15 or more. We also have continued Pet CPR classes for ages 18 or older to obtain Pet CPR certification. In addition we offer on going classes at the Rio Salado Adult Learning Center which teaches adults how to apply basic medical care to there pets during non-emergency times of need.
