Price the Boxer spent his first 5 years on a dude ranch enjoying every human and animal he met. Unfortunately, due to the death of his person Price had to be re-homed. Chance Shelter was called because of his ties to the City of Surprise.
From the minute our wonderful transport volunteers, Karen and Jim, met him they were in love and would have kept him if they didn’t already live with 3 four-legged family members. The following morning I got to meet this charmer. He had already bonded with Karen and proceeded to steal the hearts of everyone at the vets office. After a clean bill of health he was ready to go to his foster family. We had a great family lined up to foster him. The Schneider family of four humans and another boxer were excited about their temporary family addition. Price arrived excited to meet everyone and minded his manners perfectly. In less than two weeks Price had a new home. It was a bittersweet day for the Schneiders but they were able to meet the Adams family and know Price was going to a home as loving as their own.
Thank you to all who helped this wonderful boy. This is why we do it!
