For both Indoor &Outdoor events: Chance Shelter will provide a 10 X 10 space. Vendors must provide their own equipment for example, canopies, tables, chairs, marketing supplies, etc.

Rescue Vendor: Vendor must bring pets that are available for adoption. These adoptions are not affiliated with Chance Shelter. Vendor is responsible for their own pets & adoptions. All pets must be leashed or crated at all times. Rescue vendor is responsible for their own supplies and equipment needed.

Food Vendor: Chance Shelter will provide the space that is required according to the food services that you provide. Vendor is responsible for generator (if needed), and extension cords and must notify Chance Shelter if electric is needed. Chance Shelter will provide an area for dining customers.

All Vendors will need to provide proof of insurance.

All vendors are expected to be set up 15 minutes before start time and leave no earlier than end time of event.

Vendors are responsible for leaving their area clean at time of exiting.

Chance Shelter or their affiliates will not be held responsible for any liability, lost or stolen, or damaged merchandise, or any injury incurred during this event.
