Time: 7am to 3pm Location: Northwest Valley Salvation Army, 17420 Avenue of the Arts, Surprise, AZ 85378. Chance Shelter will be on hand to assist the attendees, while they are getting much needed resources, by caring for their pets. We will also provide necessary pet supplies.
